Land Buying Process:
Step 1: Deposit
To buy land that you are interested in, you will be required to pay a 1% lot reservation fee or a minimum of £500. This lot reservation is taken to avoid us withdrawing land from the market without a definite commitment from our land buyers. This 1% or £500 is held by Vantage Land and will be added to the clients exchange funds.
Step 2: Exchange
Exchange of contracts will be required to take place within 14 days of lot reservation where a further 14% is payable to the Vendors solicitors making the exchange funds up to the required 15%.
Step 3: Completion
Completion will be required to take place within 14 days of exchange where the full outstanding balance is due.
