Skids
- 80mm x 80mm x 4mm triple coated RHS main rails
- 100mm x 50mm triple coated RHS cross rails
- Built-in tow/anchorage points to both ends of main rails
- Built-in brackets for optional wheel kit
Timber Frame
- Main frame - 100mm x 50mm and 75mm x 50mm pressure impregnated to BS5658, tanalised to ensure a long maintenance free life
- Sloping roof - 80mm x 38mm CLS C16 pressure impregnated to BS5658
- Apex roof - 80mm x 38mm CLS C16 pressure impregnated to BS5658
- Constructed using galvanised non-rust screws
- Timber is tanlaised (pressure impregnated) to BS5648 giving 20 minimum lifespan
Normal dimensions
- Field Shelter - 2.4m high at front sloping to 2.1m at back with an 8' wide opening at front
- Stable - 2.4m at front and 2.7m to ridge
Custom heights / widths are available at no extra charge
Cladding
- 125mm x 19mm nominal top grade shiplap cladding pressure impregnated to BS5658
- Two air vents incorporated into rear wall.
Roofing
- Black onduline roofing as standard.
- The specification of Onduline is superior to any other bituminous based roofing sheet and the manufacturing process is to ISO 9001. Virtually maintenance free. Withstands wind up to 120 mph with high insulation and sound absorbancy.
Kickboards
- 12mm OSB as standard.
- External ply, MDF, rubber or galvanised steel lining also available.
- Please be aware that external ply can be more hardwaring than OSB, however it can splinter when damaged.
Doors
- Doors are 2250mm high , 1200mm wide with 50mm deep galvanised anti-chew strips
- Please state if higher/lower bottom door is required (no additional charge for this)
Ventilation
- We provide two air vents to each rear panel as standard.
- Louvred grilles fitted to eaves as optional extra to customer's specification
Viewing Grill
- Fitted between loose boxes as an optional extra
Canopy Overhang
- 3' overhang undelined with 12mm exterior ply
