Q. What have you done with your land since you purchased it?

We have successfully established horticultural communities and potted tree businesses selling trees and shrubs to the surrounding areas.

Q. What challenges have you faced?

Local authorities and neighbourhood resistance, but this is to be expected.

Q. What advice would you give to other landowners?

Be patient and take a long-term view!
